Sometimes you feel like a pumpkin spice latte, sometimes you don’t. For those crisp fall days when you’re not quite ready for the sugar boost provided by your beloved PSL, Planters is bringing back its coziest line of snacks that is sure to satisfy all of your autumn-related cravings.
Planters’ Apple Cider Donut Cashews and Pumpkin Spice Almonds Are Back on Shelves Now
Just in time for fall snacking and Halloween and Thanksgiving celebrations, Planters is bringing two fan-favorite fall nut flavors back to grocery stores and online retailers.
Pumpkin spice almonds, which come in a 15.25-ounce canister and retail for $11, are savory and tangy California almonds coated in toasty, savory pumpkin spice.
The brand is also releasing apple cider donut-flavored cashews, infused with cinnamon and apple flavors and finished with a salty crunch. Available in both five and 12.5-ounce sizes, Planters’ fall cashews range in price from $7 to $12—about the same as a pumpkin spice latte, only with a bit more protein.
Ways To Use Planters Fall Flavors Beyond Snacking
These delightful nut flavors aren’t just for snacking. Apple cider donut cashews would take our well-reviewed cashew chicken salad recipe to the next level, giving it the perfect autumn bite. For breakfast this fall, we’ll be serving up almond French toast made with pumpkin spice almonds to give the meal a more festive feel.
What’s more, either variety of nut would be a delicious addition to fall charcuterie boards with their distinct autumnal flavorings. In fact, subbing these pumpkin-spiced almonds and cidery, sweet cashews into any fall recipe would be a festive switch worth cozying up to.
Planters fall snacks are on shelves now at most major retailers and online at Amazon. And don’t worry, we won’t make you choose. It’s perfectly acceptable to nosh on these fall-flavored cashews and almonds while sipping a frothy, warm pumpkin spice latte or nibbling on an apple cider donut.
